Well, first of all, I think the only people who are successful in your cat uses the toilet so much time on their hands. First, how can you expect from your cat, are spread a little extreme in the head and crouch at the same time? You can not serve as human beings, even if they could, they would fall into the water
I would not waste his time or beds outside on the leash (or off leash, whatever)
Negative: You do not (although I take some of that is not appropriate!)
Advantages: No shovel.
